EasySep Mouse CD90.2 Pos Slctn Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic positive selection kit isolates highly purified CD90.2+ (Thy1.2+) cells from mouse splenocytes or other single-cell suspensions. Built on the EasySep™ column-free magnetic platform, the kit uses antibodies and magnetic particles to label target cells so they can be separated using an EasySep™ magnet — no columns are required, and unwanted cells are simply poured off while the desired cells remain in the tube.

The kit targets CD90.2+ cells with antibodies recognizing the CD90.2 surface marker, and the isolated cells are not fluorochrome-labeled, making them immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, and cell-based experiments. It is fast and easy to use, designed to process 2 x 10^9 cells, with the manufacturer citing up to 98% purity and wallchart data showing 97.0 - 99.0% purity for CD90.2+ (Thy 1.2) cells isolated from spleen. Components include a two-part antibody cocktail (Components A and B) and EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ magnetic particles, all stored at 2 - 8°C without freezing.
