EasySep Mouse CD8a Pos Slctn Kit II-Sam

A magnetic positive selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies enables rapid isolation of CD8a+ T lymphocytes from mouse single-cell suspensions. Compatible with splenocytes, lymph node tissue, or peripheral blood, the workflow pairs a biotinylated antibody cocktail targeting the CD8a surface marker with EasySep magnetic nanoparticles, so target cells are retained in a standard tube while unwanted populations are poured off. Each kit processes sample volumes of 0.25 to 2 mL, with the protocol calling for addition of 50 μL of selection cocktail per mL of sample, supporting throughput of up to approximately 2 × 10^9 cells per run. The column-free procedure yields untouched, viable CD8a+ T cells ready for downstream flow cytometry, in vitro culture, or adoptive transfer studies. The mouse-specific antibody cocktail ensures species-appropriate binding with negligible cross-reactivity in human or rat samples, and isolated populations routinely achieve purities exceeding 90% as assessed by flow cytometry. Components are supplied in individual vials and should be stored refrigerated between 2 and 8 degrees C; reagents remain stable through the printed expiration date when handled as directed.
