EasySep Mouse CD8+ TCell Isolation Kit

An immunomagnetic cell isolation kit from STEMCELL Technologies that uses the column-free EasySep™ platform to isolate CD8+ T cells from mouse splenocytes by negative selection. Biotinylated antibodies target unwanted cells, leaving the CD8+ T cell population (CD3+CD8+) untouched and ready for downstream applications. Starting with mouse splenocytes, the isolated fraction reaches 94.4 ± 0.7% purity (mean ± SD) using the purple EasySep™ Magnet.

The workflow involves adding the EasySep™ Isolation Cocktail and EasySep™ RapidSpheres™ to a single-cell suspension, incubating in an EasySep™ Magnet, and pouring off the desired fraction. Viable, functional cells can be obtained without columns or washes in as little as 17.5 minutes. The kit processes up to 1 x 10^9 cells from spleen and is compatible with anti-CD3e and anti-CD8a staining antibodies for purity assessment.
