EasySep Mouse CD8+TCell Iso Kit - Sample

Negative-selection immunomagnetic isolation of untouched mouse CD8+ T lymphocytes from single-cell suspensions of spleen, lymph node, or peripheral blood. The EasySep workflow from STEMCELL Technologies uses a biotinylated antibody cocktail plus dextran-coated magnetic particles to deplete non-target cells, leaving CD8+ T cells free of surface-bound antibody and immediately ready for downstream flow cytometry, in vitro culture, or adoptive-transfer studies.

This sample-size kit is sized for evaluating the protocol on a small cohort (generally up to 1 x 10^8 cells per separation) before scaling up to a full preparative run, with purities routinely reported above 90% when paired with the EasySep magnet. Components ship refrigerated and should not be frozen; aliquot the antibody cocktail upon first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
