EasySep Mouse CD4+ TCell Isolation Kit

Isolate CD4+ T cells from mouse splenocytes by immunomagnetic negative selection with this kit from STEMCELL Technologies. The EasySep™ platform combines the specificity of monoclonal antibodies with a column-free magnetic system, enabling isolation in as little as 15 minutes and delivering highly purified cell populations that are immediately ready for downstream applications.

Starting with mouse splenocytes, the CD4+ T cell content (CD3+CD4+) of the isolated fraction is 95.4 ± 3% (mean ± SD using the purple EasySep™ magnet); in a representative run, start and isolated CD3+CD4+ purities were 16.4% and 95.1%, respectively. The kit is formulated for processing 1 x 10^9 cells and is compatible with anti-mouse CD3e and anti-mouse CD4 staining antibodies for assessing purity.
