EasySep Mouse CD4+TCell Iso Kit - Sample

Magnetic cell isolation reagents from STEMCELL Technologies enable rapid, column-free enrichment of untouched CD4+ T lymphocytes from mouse lymphoid tissue. This sample-scale EasySep kit uses immunomagnetic negative selection, in which a cocktail of biotinylated antibodies labels unwanted cell populations and magnetic particles then deplete them, leaving target cells unstimulated and ready for downstream use.

Each sample kit processes up to 1 x 10^8 mononuclear cells and supports research use only workflows including flow cytometry, in vitro proliferation assays, and cell culture. Isolated cells retain native surface markers because the selection strategy avoids binding antibodies to CD4 itself, making them useful for functional studies and adoptive transfer work in murine models.

The kit includes an antibody cocktail and magnetic particle suspension supplied in single-use vials. Reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival; do not freeze the particle suspension.
