EasySep Mouse CD4+CD62L+Tcell Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic kit isolates highly purified naïve CD4+ T cells (CD4+CD62L+) from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues using a simple two-step procedure. The workflow is fast, achieves up to 97% purity, and requires no columns.

In the first step, naïve CD4+ T cells are negatively pre-enriched using a pre-enrichment cocktail containing biotinylated antibodies that recognize non-naïve CD4+ T cells bearing markers such as CD8, CD11b, CD11c, CD19, CD24, CD25, CD45R, CD49b, TCRγ/δ, and TER119. In the second step, cells pre-labeled with CD62L PE are positively selected using a PE Selection Cocktail. The cocktails link target cells to magnetic particles, enabling column-free separation with an EasySep™ magnet.

Designed for processing 1 x 10^9 cells, the kit typically yields a final isolated fraction in which the naïve CD4+ T cell (CD4+CD44low CD62Lhigh) content ranges from 91.7% - 96.7%. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.
