EasySep Mouse CD19 PosSlctn Kit II - Sam

From STEMCELL Technologies, the EasySep™ Mouse CD19 Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD19+ B cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by positive selection. The cocktail contains a PE-labeled antibody directed against CD19, which is then recognized by Tetrameric Antibody Complexes directed against PE and dextran.

Labeled cells are bound to magnetic particles and separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. This version of the kit enables faster isolations and avoids labeling the isolated cells with PE, and is intended for immunology research applications involving mouse B cell enrichment.
