EasySep Mouse CD138 Pos Sel Kit - Sample

Immunomagnetic positive selection enables rapid, column-free enrichment of mouse CD138+ plasma cells from single-cell suspensions such as splenocytes or bone marrow. This sample-format kit from STEMCELL Technologies is built on the EasySep platform, where a tetrameric antibody complex binds the CD138 (Syndecan-1) surface marker and dextran-coated magnetic particles carry labeled cells to the wall of the tube inside an EasySep magnet, leaving unwanted cells in suspension. Columns, density gradients, and high-speed spins are avoided, and the workflow finishes in roughly 8 to 15 minutes per sample with purities routinely exceeding 85%. The sample kit is sized for pilot experiments, method development, or processing limited tissue, while still delivering CD138+ populations that retain viability for downstream flow cytometry, in vitro culture, and molecular assays.
