EasySep Mouse B Cell Iso Kit - Sample

This Sample-size kit from STEMCELL Technologies uses the EasySep immunomagnetic negative selection platform to recover untouched B lymphocytes from single-cell suspensions prepared from mouse spleen, lymph nodes, bone marrow, or peripheral blood. A biotinylated antibody cocktail tags non-B lineage cells (CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells, and erythroid cells), and streptavidin-coated magnetic RapidSpheres then pull those labeled contaminants to the side of the tube inside an EasySep Magnet, leaving a highly enriched, untouched B cell fraction in suspension.

For research use only, the Sample size processes approximately 1 x 10^7 cells per preparation in about 30 minutes total, giving labs an inexpensive trial before committing to a 60-sample or 180-sample scale-up. The column-free workflow minimizes mechanical stress on delicate lymphocytes, and the recovered cells retain surface markers and viability suitable for downstream flow cytometry, cell culture, in vitro B cell stimulation assays, immunization studies, adoptive transfer experiments, and molecular applications such as PCR or single-cell sequencing.

Kit contents include the EasySep Mouse B Cell Isolation Cocktail and EasySep Streptavidin RapidSpheres; an EasySep Magnet is required but sold separately. Isolated B cells are collected in a single tube without the need for density gradients, columns, or harsh lysis buffers, typically yielding greater than 85% B220+ purity.
