EasySep Mou Strept RapidSpheres Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic negative selection kit isolates untouched cells by depleting unwanted cell types labeled with biotinylated antibodies (not provided) from mouse splenocytes or other single-cell suspensions. The column-free workflow uses EasySep™ Streptavidin RapidSpheres™ magnetic particles and an EasySep™ magnet, allowing desired cells to be poured off into a new tube ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

Fast and easy to use, the kit is suitable for processing up to 1 x 10^9 cells. It can be run manually using EasySep™ magnets or fully automated with RoboSep™ instruments. Components include EasySep™ Streptavidin RapidSpheres™ (a suspension of magnetic particles in PBS), Normal Rat Serum, and a RoboSep™ Empty Vial. RapidSpheres™ are stored at 2 - 8°C, Normal Rat Serum at -20°C, and components may be shipped at room temperature (15 - 25°C).
