EasySep Mou Pan-Naïve T Cell Iso Kit-Sam

Immunomagnetic negative selection drives this kit from STEMCELL Technologies for isolating untouched naïve T cells from mouse splenocyte or lymph node single-cell suspensions. The EasySep workflow labels non-target populations with a biotinylated antibody cocktail, then captures the labeled cells using streptavidin-coated magnetic particles. After a brief magnetic separation, the desired naïve T cell fraction remains in suspension with its surface phenotype intact for direct downstream use.

This sample-size configuration suits pilot experiments and small-scale isolations, providing enough reagent to process roughly 1 x 10^8 cells across one to two separations. The column-free procedure completes in about 25 minutes at room temperature using standard 5 mL polystyrene tubes, with no significant cross-reactivity against the target CD3+ CD62L+ CD44- subset. Isolated cells plug straight into flow cytometry phenotyping, in vitro stimulation, cell culture, and adoptive transfer studies.
