EasySep Mou Naïve CD4+TCell Iso Kit-Sam

The Sample-format negative selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates untouched naïve CD4+ T cells (CD4+CD62L+ phenotype) from single-cell suspensions of mouse spleen, lymph nodes, or peripheral blood. Magnetically labeled antibodies target non-target leukocytes expressing CD8, B220, CD11b, Ter-119, and DX5, leaving the naïve CD4+ T-cell fraction unlabeled and highly viable for downstream assays. The streamlined workflow requires no columns and completes in approximately 15 minutes, processing up to 1×10⁸ cells in a sample volume of 0.25 to 1 mL per separation. Mouse-specific capture reagents deliver typical purities exceeding 85% with recoveries in the 70–90% range. Isolated cells are immediately ready for in vitro culture, flow cytometry, or functional studies including activation, proliferation, and cytokine release assays. All components (antibody cocktail and magnetic particles) are supplied as a complete kit, refrigerated at 2–8 °C until first use.
