EasySep Human NK Cell Iso Kit (Sam)

A sample kit from STEMCELL Technologies intended for evaluating NK cell isolation performance in the user's own laboratory. It provides a limited set of reagents to trial the EasySep NK isolation workflow and to confirm purity and yield. The kit uses the same immunomagnetic negative-selection chemistry as the corresponding full kit, producing untouched, functional CD56+CD3− NK cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).

In the underlying workflow, unwanted cells are labeled with antibody complexes and magnetic particles, then separated from the desired cells using an EasySep magnet by simply pouring or pipetting into a new tube. The chemistry is fast, easy-to-use, and column-free, and the full kit employing this approach is reported to deliver up to 94% purity with high recovery of untouched isolated cells.
