EasySep Human Naive B Cell Iso Kit (Sam)

Negative-selection immunomagnetic isolation kit for untouched naive B cells (CD19+CD27-) from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, developed by STEMCELL Technologies. The protocol combines a cocktail of biotinylated depletion antibodies with EasySep Dextran RapidSpheres to remove non-target cells, leaving naive B cells free in suspension. Compatible with PBMCs, buffy coat, leukapheresis products, and whole blood, the workflow completes at room temperature in approximately 15 minutes when paired with the appropriate EasySep Magnet. Recovered cells retain viability for downstream cell culture, flow cytometry, and functional assays. Supplied as a kit with single-use components, the reagent is shipped refrigerated and should be protected from light. For research use only.
