EasySep Human Naive B Cell Iso Kit

Designed for immunology research workflows, this cell isolation kit from STEMCELL Technologies uses column-free immunomagnetic negative selection to isolate untouched human B cells. The kit isolates highly purified human naïve B cells, defined as CD3-CD19+CD27-, from PBMCs or washed leukapheresis samples in as little as 9 minutes.

The isolated fraction typically yields a naïve B cell content of 94.9 ± 2.2% (mean ± SD). In one representative profile, the starting and final isolated fractions showed purities of 7.1% and 97.7% respectively.

Antibody components include mouse (BALB/c) monoclonal IgG1 antibodies against human and chimpanzee CD19, CD3, and CD45, along with a hamster (Armenian) monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human, mouse, and rat CD27. The kit is also suitable for immunomagnetic isolation of naïve B cells directly from whole blood and for use with primary human cells, including frozen samples.
