EasySep Human Naïve B Cell Enrichment Ki

A cell separation kit from STEMCELL Technologies that uses the EasySep™ protocol to isolate highly purified human naïve B cells (CD19+CD27-) from PBMCs or leukapheresis samples. The workflow is column-free and relies on immunomagnetic negative selection, leaving the target cells untouched, and the kit also supports isolation of naïve B cells directly from whole blood.

According to the manufacturer, starting with fresh mononuclear cells, the naïve B cell (CD19+CD27-) content of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 92 - 98%. In a representative run, purities of the start and isolated fractions were 4.3% and 97.5%, respectively. The antibody panel includes a mouse monoclonal IgG1 against human and chimpanzee CD19 and a hamster (Armenian) monoclonal IgG1 against human, mouse, and rat CD27.
