EasySep Human Monocyte Enrichment Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, the EasySep™ Human Monocyte Enrichment Kit enables researchers to isolate highly purified human (CD14+CD16-) monocytes from PBMCs or lysed leukapheresis samples using column-free immunomagnetic separation. According to the manufacturer, when starting with previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells, the monocyte content of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 83% - 95%.

The kit supports multiple workflow stages, including immunomagnetic positive selection of human CD14+ cells, immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched human CD14+CD16- monocytes, and immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched human monocytes directly from whole blood.

Compatible reagents offered separately include a Mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody against human, rhesus, cynomolgus CD14, a Mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human, rhesus, cynomolgus CD16, and cell separation buffer for use with EasySep™ cell separation kits.
