EasySep Human ILC2 Enrichment Kit - Sam

Negative selection immunomagnetic enrichment of human type 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells, leukapheresis product, or cord blood samples, leaving target cells unlabeled and functionally ready for downstream flow cytometry, cell culture, or in vitro functional assays.

Working on the EasySep platform, the kit depletes non-ILC2 lineages while preserving rare CRTH2-positive, CD127-positive ILC2s. Starting from approximately 1 mL of whole blood or a small buffy coat fraction, the protocol uses standard magnets and requires no columns, enabling gentle, column-free isolation while maintaining cell viability and surface phenotype.

STEMCELL Technologies supplies this kit as a complete set of reagents packaged in vials, intended for single-use experimental sessions. Recovered ILC2s remain in suspension and are immediately compatible with downstream applications including gene expression profiling, intracellular cytokine staining, and adoptive transfer studies in preclinical models of type 2 inflammation.
