From STEMCELL Technologies, this sample kit is designed for the positive selection of EpCAM+ epithelial cells. The column-free immunomagnetic workflow enables isolation of epithelial and EpCAM-expressing tumor cells from dissociated tissues and cell suspensions while preserving cell viability. The preserved cells are suitable for downstream applications including culture, molecular profiling, and other assays. Intended as a sample-size product for evaluation and small-scale isolations, the kit is compatible with EasySep magnets.
