Immunomagnetic negative selection from STEMCELL Technologies enables rapid enrichment of untouched CD8+ T lymphocytes from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, whole blood, or leukapheresis samples. The EasySep Human CD8 T Cell Isolation Kit uses a cocktail of bispecific antibodies that label unwanted cell populations with magnetic particles, allowing them to be removed with a magnet while the desired CD8+ T cells remain viable and functionally intact in suspension.

This negative-selection format preserves cell surface markers and downstream functionality, making the isolated population compatible with flow cytometry, in vitro culture, functional assays, and immune monitoring workflows. The column-free protocol is performed in a single tube and typically completes within roughly half an hour after sample preparation, with components stored at room temperature and refrigerated conditions to maintain the stated shelf life.
