EasySep Human CD4 T Cell Iso Kit

The EasySep™ Human CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit from STEMCELL Technologies uses immunomagnetic negative selection to isolate untouched, highly purified CD4+ T cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or washed leukapheresis samples. The kit targets non-CD4+ T cells for removal with antibodies recognizing specific cell surface markers; unwanted cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles and separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet, allowing desired cells to simply be poured off into a new tube.

Designed for processing up to 1 × 10⁹ cells, the column-free workflow delivers results in as little as 8 minutes and has been trusted by scientists for over 20 years. Starting with human PBMCs, the CD4+ T cell content of the isolated fraction is typically 94.8 ± 2.3% (mean ± SD), with up to 97% purity achievable. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

The kit is supplied as two components: the EasySep™ Human CD4+ T Cell Isolation Cocktail, a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS, and EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™, a suspension of magnetic particles in water.
