Positively isolate human CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells from single-cell suspensions such as mobilized peripheral blood, bone marrow, or cord blood using this immunomagnetic selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies. The workflow relies on a bispecific antibody complex that recognizes the CD34 surface antigen and dextran-coated magnetic nanoparticles; labeled cells are retained in a magnet while unwanted cells are poured away in roughly 30 minutes, with no columns required.
