EasySep Human CD3 Pos Sel Kit II (Sam)

STEMCELL Technologies offers a sample-format EasySep kit for the positive selection of human CD3+ cells. Designed to isolate CD3-expressing T cells and CD56+ NKT cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells, the workflow relies on tetrameric antibody complexes recognizing CD3 together with dextran-coated magnetic particles. An antibody against the human Fc receptor is included to minimize nonspecific binding. Labelled cells are separated using an EasySep magnet, with cells of interest retained in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off, and no columns are required.
