EasySep Human CD3 Pos Sel Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic separation kit is designed to easily and efficiently isolate highly purified human CD3+ cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or washed leukapheresis samples. It uses simple, optimized column-free immunomagnetic separation protocols that have been trusted by scientists for over 20 years.

Starting with a single cell suspension of human PBMCs, the CD3+ cell content of the isolated fraction is typically 99.2 ± 0.2% (mean ± SD) when used with the purple EasySep™ Magnet. The kit fits into immunology research workflows such as downstream human T cell activation and expansion, and is complemented by related STEMCELL Technologies reagents including cell dissociation reagents, frozen primary human cells, and compatible antibodies for purity assessment of isolated cells.
