EasySep Human CD19 Pos Sel Kit II (Sam)

An immunomagnetic positive selection kit for the rapid enrichment of CD19+ B lymphocytes from human hematopoietic samples, this reagent set from STEMCELL Technologies leverages the EasySep platform to isolate target cells without the use of columns or harsh density gradients. The two-step labeling workflow — first with a CD19-directed antibody cocktail, then with EasySep dextran-coated magnetic nanoparticles — allows CD19+ cells to be retained in the tube while non-target cells are decanted off when the tube is placed in a compatible EasySep magnet.

Configured to process up to 1 x 10^9 leukocytes per run, the Sample-size version supports smaller studies and exploratory workflows. Compatible input material includes fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells, whole blood anticoagulated with EDTA or heparin, leukapheresis products, and single-cell suspensions prepared from spleen or lymph node tissue. Following the 30- to 60-minute room-temperature protocol, the kit typically delivers ≥85% recovery of CD19+ cells with purity >95% by flow cytometry, and isolated cells remain viable and functionally intact.

Provided as a single-use kit containing antibody cocktail, magnetic particles, and recommended buffers, the product is shipped refrigerated. A compatible EasySep magnet is required and is sold separately from STEMCELL Technologies.
