EasySep Human B Cell Iso Kit (Sam)

From the EasySep cell separation line by STEMCELL Technologies, this kit enriches untouched B lymphocytes from human hematopoietic sources using an immunomagnetic negative-selection workflow. A biotinylated antibody cocktail labels non-B cells, which are then bound to magnetic particles and retained within the magnet, while the desired B cell fraction passes through into a collection tube for downstream use. The reagent set accepts input from whole peripheral blood, buffy coat, leukapheresis product, or freshly prepared PBMC suspensions and is suited to in vitro research applications such as flow cytometry, in vitro culture, and functional characterization. Components are pre-aliquoted into single-use tubes and shipped in an insulated cold pack; refrigerated storage is required to preserve activity across the stated shelf life. The workflow scales from small research samples to larger clinical-research volumes and can be run on a manual EasySep magnet or on the automated RoboSep instrument. Pre-labeled CD19-positive cells are typically retained alongside non-target cells in the negative fraction by design, leaving the purified B cell population phenotypically and functionally unaltered for downstream assays, including co-culture, proliferation studies, and cryopreservation.
