EasySep Human B Cell Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this EasySep™ kit isolates untouched, highly purified human B cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or washed leukapheresis samples using immunomagnetic negative selection. The column-free protocol, performed with an EasySep™ magnet, can be completed in as little as 9 minutes and delivers up to 96% purity. Starting with human PBMCs, the B cell (CD3-CD19+) content of the isolated fraction is typically 95.1 ± 1.4% (mean ± SD). The kit comprises an antibody cocktail in PBS, an isolation cocktail enhancer, and RapidSpheres™ magnetic particles, all stored at 2 - 8°C. It is compatible with manual EasySep™ protocols as well as the fully automated RoboSep™ instrument, and isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.
