EasySep Hu WB&BM CD138 PosSel Kit II-Sam

This immunomagnetic kit enables rapid positive selection of CD138-positive plasma cells from human whole blood and bone marrow samples using the EasySep platform from STEMCELL Technologies. The small-sample format labels target cells with a tetrameric antibody complex and magnetic dextran iron nanoparticles, then isolates them on a magnet without columns or centrifugation steps.

Isolated plasma cells retain viability and surface marker expression for downstream flow cytometry, nucleic acid extraction, and in vitro functional assays. Applications include multiple myeloma research, antibody repertoire profiling, and characterization of normal versus malignant plasma cell populations.

Each kit contains a selection antibody cocktail, magnetic particles, and buffer sufficient for processing one sample. The tube-based protocol completes in approximately 30 minutes. For research use only.
