EasySep Hu Th17 Cell Enr Kit II (Sam)

Magnetic cell separation technology from STEMCELL Technologies enables researchers to enrich human Th17 lymphocytes from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) for immunology research. Th17 cells are a distinct subset of CD4+ T helper cells defined by their production of interleukin-17 (IL-17), and they are central to studies of autoimmune pathogenesis, mucosal defense, and chronic inflammatory disease.

Using the EasySep negative selection platform, this kit depletes non-target cells through a combination of antibodies and magnetic particles, leaving the Th17 fraction untouched and viable for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, in vitro cell culture, and functional assays. The sample-based processing format allows researchers to begin with a defined cell sample and obtain an enriched Th17 population with minimal handling steps.

For research use only, this enrichment kit supports studies in autoimmune disease, inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, and other Th17-mediated immune responses. Isolated cells retain functional capacity for cytokine profiling, gene expression analysis, and suppression assays. The kit includes all necessary reagents to perform the enrichment protocol on whole blood or previously prepared mononuclear cell preparations.
