EasySep Hu Resting CD4 Iso Kit (Sam)

This negative selection cell isolation kit from STEMCELL Technologies recovers untouched, resting human CD4+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells or whole blood. Magnetic particles bound to an antibody cocktail deplete non-target populations, including activated CD4+ T cells, leaving the resting CD4+ T cells at high viability and free of column contact. The Sample (Sam) format is intended for one separation of about 5 mL of whole blood or up to 5 x 10^8 PBMCs per run, finishing in roughly 25 minutes of hands-on time.

Because activation status and surface marker expression are preserved, the recovered cells support downstream flow cytometry, in vitro proliferation assays, mixed lymphocyte reactions, and cell culture. All reagents are shipped refrigerated in single-use vials and are intended for research use only.
