EasySep Hu Resting CD4 Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic kit isolates highly purified resting CD4+ T cells from PBMCs or washed leukapheresis samples using a column-free workflow. When starting with fresh PBMCs, the resting CD4+ T cell content (CD3+CD4+CD8-CD25-CD69-HLA-DR-) of the isolated fraction is typically 95.5 ± 6.5% using the purple EasySep™ Magnet, with start and final fraction purities of 35% and 99% respectively in one example.

When starting with fresh PBMCs that have elevated CD25/CD69/HLA-DR expression, the resting CD4+ T cell content of the isolated fraction is typically 88.0 ± 7.0%, with example start and final purities of 8% and 85% respectively. The kit relies on monoclonal antibodies including a mouse (BALB/c) IgG1 antibody against human and chimpanzee CD3, and a mouse IgG1 antibody against human and cynomolgus CD25.
