EasySep Hu Prog. w Platelet Depl. Sample

From STEMCELL Technologies, this is a sample-format variant of the EasySep™ Human Progenitor Cell Enrichment Kit with Platelet Depletion product family. The kit is designed to isolate hematopoietic progenitor cells from fresh or previously frozen cord blood and other cell preparations that contain large numbers of platelets, using negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes, and the procedure is column-free, relying on an EasySep™ magnet together with dextran-coated magnetic particles. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube and remain untouched. The kit is intended for use with human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, with cord blood and PBMC listed as sample sources. Applications include cell separation in immunology and stem cell biology research. The product is offered under the EasySep™ and RoboSep™ brands.
