The kit supplies anti-PE magnetic particles and a separation buffer in screw-cap vials, with the researcher providing the PE-labeled primary antibody that defines the target. Inside an EasySep magnet, labeled cells are pulled to the tube wall while untouched cells are decanted as the negative fraction in a 25-minute room temperature workflow. This Sample-size configuration processes approximately 2 x 10^8 leukocytes from human whole blood or buffy coat, supporting downstream applications including flow cytometry, in vitro cell culture, and adoptive transfer studies.
