EasySep Hu PE Pos Slcn Kit II - 5x10^9

This immunomagnetic positive selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates highly purified human cells labeled with PE (phycoerythrin)-conjugated antibodies from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or other single-cell suspensions. It is fast and easy to use and requires no columns — desired cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles, then separated using an EasySep™ magnet, with unwanted cells simply poured off while the desired cells remain in the tube.

The kit includes an EasySep™ PE Selection Cocktail (a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS), an Anti-Human CD32 (Fc gamma RII) Blocker for positive selection, EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ as a suspension of magnetic particles in water, and a RoboSep™ vial for the primary conjugated antibody. All components should be stored at 2 - 8 °C and not frozen, remaining stable until the expiry date on the label.

According to the manufacturer, starting with human PBMCs the start and final isolated fractions measured 59.1% and 98.7% purity respectively when using a PE-conjugated anti-human CD3 antibody. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, or cell-based assays, and the protocol is compatible with manual EasySep™ magnets as well as the fully automated RoboSep™ system.
