EasySep Hu Pan-ILC Enrichment Kit - Sam

STEMCELL Technologies' immunomagnetic negative-selection platform supports the human-specific enrichment of pan-innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) through the EasySep Hu Pan-ILC Enrichment Kit. Unwanted lineage-positive cells — including T cells, B cells, monocytes, and dendritic cells — are labelled and removed, while ILC1, ILC2, and ILC3 subsets along with conventional NK cells are preserved untouched for downstream analysis.

Compatible starting material includes fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells, whole blood processed via the EasySep Direct workflow, and leukocyte reduction system (LRS) cones. After a single-tube labelling step of approximately 30 minutes with an EasySep magnet, recovered cells are free of magnetic particles and ready for flow cytometry, single-cell sequencing, or in vitro functional assays.

Each kit ships as a complete reagent set packed in individual vials, including a Human Pan-ILC Antibody Cocktail, magnetic particles, and separation buffer. Store refrigerated and protect from light; do not freeze the magnetic particle suspension. The product is intended for research use only and is not cleared for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
