EasySep Hu Pan-ILC Enrichment Kit

Designed for immunology research, this immunomagnetic negative selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies enriches untouched human Group 1, 2, and 3 Innate Lymphoid Cells (ILC1, 2, and 3) from washed leukapheresis samples. The EasySep™ workflow combines antibodies with dextran-coated magnetic particles (RapidSpheres™) to label unwanted non-ILCs, which are then separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet. Desired cells are simply poured off into a new tube and remain immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry and cell sorting.

The procedure is fast, easy-to-use, and column-free, producing untouched, viable cells that facilitate rapid flow sorting of ILCs. The kit is compatible with the EasySep™ magnet family and with automated processing on the RoboSep™ system. Starting from fresh leukapheresis samples, the total ILC content (Lin-CD45+CD127+) of the enriched fraction typically ranges from 17 - 85%. In one example dataset, the percentages of ILCs in the start and final enriched fractions were 0.09% and 45% (or 0.1% and 54% of CD45+ cells), respectively.
