EasySep Hu Pan-Granulocyte Iso Kit - Sam

A negative-selection reagent kit from STEMCELL Technologies designed to isolate granulocytes — including eosinophils, basophils, and neutrophils — from normal peripheral whole blood. Undesired cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes that recognize non-granulocytes, in combination with magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet, and the workflow requires no columns; the desired granulocytes are simply poured off into a new tube. The kit is described as fast, easy to use, and column-free, and yields untouched, viable cells with up to 99% purity. It is intended for cell separation in immunology-related research using human peripheral blood as the sample source.
