EasySep Hu NK Cell Iso Kit, 10mL

STEMCELL Technologies offers a fast, easy-to-use, column-free method for isolating untouched and highly purified natural killer (NK) cells from fresh leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The EasySep™ Human NK Cell Isolation Kit works by labeling unwanted non-NK cells with monoclonal antibodies and magnetic particles, which are then separated using an EasySep™ magnet, allowing the desired NK cells to be simply pipetted off into a new flask.

The kit is designed for use with large-volume samples and the Easy 250 EasySep™ Magnet, with processing capacity of 1 x 10^10 cells. In typical isolations, the NK cell content (CD3-CD56+) of the isolated fraction is 96.5 ± 1.7% (gated on viable cells, mean ± SD for the Easy 250 EasySep™ Magnet), with the manufacturer citing up to 98% purity with high recovery. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction. The kit contains two components: the EasySep™ Human NK Cell Isolation Cocktail (a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS) and EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ (a suspension of magnetic particles in water), both stored at 2 - 8°C, not to be frozen, and stable until the expiry date on the label.
