EasySep Hu Neutrophil Iso Kit-Sam

Immunomagnetic negative selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies that enriches untouched human neutrophils directly from whole blood in a single-tube, column-free workflow. The sample-size configuration is intended for trial runs and small-volume studies, processing roughly 1 mL of whole blood or about 1 × 10^8 leukocytes per preparation without density-gradient centrifugation or red blood cell lysis. A cocktail of monoclonal antibodies and magnetic particles labels non-target cells — including T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, and erythroid precursors — which are then depleted against an EasySep magnet, leaving the desired neutrophil fraction intact and ready for downstream assays such as chemotaxis, phagocytosis, oxidative burst, NETosis, and flow cytometry. Reagents ship in two vials (antibody cocktail and magnetic particles) that are combined with the sample, incubated at room temperature, and separated within approximately 25 minutes. Because the cells are isolated by negative selection, surface epitopes remain free of bound positive-selection antibodies, which is useful for downstream receptor studies and intracellular staining. Components should be stored refrigerated and protected from light. The workflow is compatible with downstream applications including Western blot preparation, cytokine release assays, and bacterial killing assays.
