EasySep Hu Naïve PanT Cell Iso Kit (Sam)

An immunomagnetic negative selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates untouched human naive pan-T cells (CD3+ CD45RA+ CD45RO-) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in roughly 25 minutes, using a column-free workflow. The small-sample (Sam) format processes up to 2 mL of leukocyte suspension or approximately 1 x 10^8 cells, supporting translational immunology research and small-volume donor samples.

The antibody cocktail labels non-naive T cells and non-T cells, and dextran-coated magnetic nanoparticles subsequently capture these labeled cells on an EasySep magnet, while the desired naive T cell fraction remains in suspension. Isolated cells are unlabeled, viable, and ready for downstream applications including flow cytometry, in vitro culture, and functional T cell assays. The kit is refrigerated for storage and ships as a set of single-use vials containing the antibody cocktail, magnetic particles, and recommended buffer. An EasySep magnet is required but sold separately.
