EasySep Hu Naïve PanT Cell Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic negative selection kit enables efficient isolation of highly purified human naïve pan T cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or washed leukapheresis samples. The kit combines the specificity of monoclonal antibodies with a column-free magnetic system. In this EasySep™ negative selection procedure, unwanted cells are labeled with antibody complexes and magnetic particles, then separated from the untouched desired naïve pan T cells using an EasySep™ magnet; the desired cells are simply poured or pipetted into a new tube.

The procedure targets the following unwanted cells for removal: CD14, CD16, CD19, CD20, CD25, CD36, CD45RO, CD56, CD61, CD66b, CD94, CD123, GlyA, HLA-DR, CD57, and IgM. Starting with fresh PBMCs, the naïve pan T cell content (CD3+CD45RA+CD45RO-CD197+) of the isolated fraction is typically 96.1 ± 2.3% (mean ± SD) using the purple EasySep™ Magnet, with reported purities of up to 98%. The isolated naïve pan T cells are ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.
