The workflow relies on a single-use antibody cocktail combined with magnetic particles added directly to a tube; placing the tube on a magnet removes unwanted labeled cells, leaving naïve T cells ready for downstream work.

Immunology and adoptive cell therapy researchers apply this method for research use only studies where untouched target cells are critical. Each kit includes reagents sized to process up to 1 x 10^9 cells, with the standard protocol completed in roughly 30 minutes at room temperature. Isolated cells remain viable for in vitro expansion, flow cytometry characterization, and downstream molecular analysis.
