EasySep Hu Naïve CD4TCell Iso Kit2 (Sam)

An immunomagnetic negative-selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates untouched CD4+CD45RA+ lymphocytes from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Unwanted non-target cells are labeled with a cocktail of bispecific antibodies that direct magnetic particles to those cells, allowing them to be discarded while the desired naive helper T cell population remains in suspension.

Optimized for small sample volumes, the kit processes approximately 1 x 10^8 mononuclear cells per separation in roughly 25 minutes without the need for columns. The workflow relies on a standard laboratory magnet such as the EasySep Magnet, and isolated cells are immediately ready for downstream applications including flow cytometry staining, cell culture, and functional immunology assays. Reagents are supplied in vials containing the antibody cocktail and magnetic particles sufficient for the stated small-sample processing format.
