EasySep Hu Naïve CD4+TCell Iso Kit - Sam

This sample kit from STEMCELL Technologies is part of the EasySep™ Human Naïve CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit product line and is designed to isolate untouched naïve CD4+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), including fresh or previously frozen samples.

The kit uses negative selection. Unwanted cells expressing CD8, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD20, CD25, CD36, CD56, CD61, CD66b, CD123, HLA-DR, TCRγ/δ, and glycophorin A are targeted for removal using Tetrameric Antibody Complexes and dextran-coated magnetic particles. CD45RO+ cells are removed with a biotinylated anti-CD45RO antibody paired with a bispecific Tetrameric Antibody Complex that recognizes biotin and dextran. The procedure is column-free and performed with an EasySep™ magnet, with desired cells poured off into a new tube. The intended application area is immunology, specifically human T cell isolation.
