EasySep Hu Mem CD4TCell Enrich Kit - Sam

Used in immunology and vaccine research workflows, this immunomagnetic negative selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates memory CD4+ T cells (CD4+CD45RO+) from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Unwanted cells are labeled with a tetrameric antibody cocktail and magnetic particles, then separated using an EasySep magnet, leaving a highly pure population of untouched target cells ready for downstream flow cytometry, cell culture, or functional assays.

The kit supports a starting sample of approximately 1 x 10^8 PBMCs per separation and completes the enrichment in roughly 30 minutes at room temperature with no lysis or wash steps required. Reagents are shipped frozen on dry ice and should be stored at -20 degrees C until first use; thawed components may be kept refrigerated for short-term handling per the included protocol. Each kit is supplied as a single-use research format and is intended for in vitro research use only.
