EasySep Hu ILC2 Isolation Kit-Sam

This immunomagnetic isolation kit from STEMCELL Technologies enriches human type 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s) from single-cell suspensions using the column-free EasySep platform. Antibody complexes in the cocktail label unwanted cell populations while magnetic particles and an external magnet leave ILC2s untouched in suspension, yielding viable, functional cells ready for downstream flow cytometry, in vitro culture, or functional assays such as cytokine profiling after stimulation with IL-25, IL-33, or TSLP.

The tube-based protocol is performed at room temperature and typically completes within 30 minutes, requiring no specialized columns, harsh lysis, or wash steps. Recovered cells retain surface phenotype and viability for applications including cell culture, intracellular cytokine staining, single-cell sequencing, and adoptive transfer studies. Compatible with peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) preparations as well as single-cell suspensions derived from tissues such as lung, gut, or skin, the kit supports immunology research focused on allergic inflammation, type 2 immune responses, helminth infection models, and tissue-resident lymphocyte biology.
