EasySep Hu FITC Positive Slctn Kit II

STEMCELL Technologies offers this EasySep™ kit for the positive selection of human cells labeled with FITC-conjugated antibodies. Isolations are performed from PBMCs or other single-cell suspensions using a column-free, immunomagnetic protocol in which the target cells, labeled with FITC and dextran-coated magnetic particles via an antibody complex, are retained in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off and discarded.

Using a FITC-conjugated anti-human CD19 antibody with this kit, the purities of the starting and final isolated fractions from human PBMCs were 6.7% and 91.0%, respectively. The same EasySep™ product family includes parallel kits for the positive selection of human cells labeled with APC-conjugated, biotinylated, or PE-conjugated antibodies.
