EasySep Hu Eosinophil Iso Kit-sam

The EasySep Human Eosinophil Isolation Kit in its small-sample configuration uses negative-selection immunomagnetic technology to enrich untouched eosinophils from freshly collected human peripheral blood or buffy coat. A biotinylated antibody cocktail tags non-target leukocytes, including neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, and basophils, which are then depleted with streptavidin-coated magnetic particles applied through the EasySep magnet. Because the isolation strategy is negative, the recovered eosinophils remain free of bound antibodies or magnetic beads and are ready for immediate downstream use in flow cytometry, chemotaxis assays, and in vitro cell culture work.

Developed by STEMCELL Technologies, the column-free protocol is performed in a single tube and typically completes in roughly 25 minutes, with reported purities regularly exceeding 95%. Reagents are supplied in single-use vials; the unopened kit should be refrigerated and is stable through the labeled shelf life when stored properly. The small-sample size supports research laboratories performing pilot isolations, method-development studies, or low-volume eosinophil experiments before committing to a full-size preparation.
