EasySep Hu Do It Yourself Pos Slctn Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, the EasySep™ Human "Do-It-Yourself" Positive Selection Kit II lets researchers isolate human cell types of interest from human single-cell suspensions using their own mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody, following a simple, optimized EasySep™ protocol.

Cells expressing surface antigens recognized by the user's mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody are tagged with EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ and separated using an EasySep™ Magnet, with no columns required. The antibody cocktail contains antibodies against human Fc receptors to help minimize non-specific binding. The kit supports immunomagnetic positive selection of human cells labeled with APC-conjugated, FITC-conjugated, biotinylated, or PE-conjugated antibodies from PBMCs or other single-cell suspensions.
